Any statement, testimonial, or endorsement contained herein does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the ultimate result or outcome of your appraisal nor does it guarantee a response to your inquires. Further, we do not guarantee business as a result of a listing.

10. Listing Period. The appraiser listing maybe edited or updated at the discretion of AppraiserFinder.SmartLending.com at anytime. At the expiration of the listing, the listing will be removed at any time after expiration at the discretion of AppraiserFinder.SmartLending.com.

11. Listing Approvals. All new listings will be immediately visable on the website, however, they are subject to removal if the content does not abide by the Terms of Use of this Web Site or the content is not approved by this Web Site. If your listing is not approved, you will be given an email with an explanation of the reasons and be asked to make changes. If your listing is not approved because of the licensed information cannot be verified then AppraiserFinder.SmartLending.com will send an email asking for updated information. If the license cannot be verified then the listing will be removed from the Web Site and all fees will be returned to the Payee.

12. Indemnification. You are solely liable for any content, messages or other information you transmit, provide or upload to the Web Site.
